Areas of Practice
Jeremy is a business lawyer and assists organizations and individuals with corporate and commercial matters, as well as other general business law matters. Jeremy also works in the areas of real estate development, real estate transactions and commercial leasing.
Jeremy works with clients in a range of industries from technology companies to real estate developers, and his clients include organizations of all sizes from start-ups to large government organizations.
Work History and Education
Jeremy works as an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University teaching business law and he is also a board member of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Jeremy is the Chair of the College of Pharmacists Discipline Committee and presides over administrative discipline hearings for registrants of the College.
Prior to his legal career, Jeremy worked as a senior advisor and chief of staff to several provincial government cabinet ministers. Jeremy has a business degree from the University of Victoria (2003), a law degree from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law (2011) and attended the University of British Columbia Peter A. Allard School of Law on a Dean’s Letter of Permission.
