Kathleen advises and represents clients in civil litigation and administrative law matters, with an emphasis on land use, development, and related environmental and regulatory issues.
Work History and Education
Kathleen is a senior litigation counsel with Cox Taylor, joining the firm in 2009. Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in 1982 and her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1992. She was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1994 after clerking for the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Kathleen currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Governors and the Chancellor of Royal Roads University. She also serves as the President of the Prairie Inn Harriers running club and frequently volunteers for other local not-for-profit associations involved in outdoor recreation.
