Areas of Practice
Jenna’s diverse practice includes advising and representing organizations and individuals in matters of real property and land development including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, subdivision matters, strata projects and general local government issues. Jenna also advises clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, strata property issues, cohabitation and marriage agreements, as well as estate matters including the preparation of wills, powers of attorneys and representation agreements.
Work History and Education
Jenna is a past member of the Canadian National Women’s Rugby Team and has volunteered with many charitable organizations and groups including 4-H. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (2008) and a law degree from the University of Alberta (2012).
She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association and the Victoria Bar Association.
